At the Garuda Indonesia Lounge, we provide our passengers an array of world-class facilities, including business center, wireless internet connection, rest & relax area (CGK), reflexology machine, shower, mini theater (CGK), children’s play area (CGK), nursery room and prayer room*. We also provide a large selection of delicious Indonesian food and beverages for the passengers to enjoy.
Every day, Garuda Indonesia Lounge is open to serve Garuda Indonesia passengers flying with our first flight to the last flight.
Currently, Garuda Indonesia Lounge is available in some airports; Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta (CGK), Ngurah Rai Denpasar (DPS), Kualanamu Medan (KNO), Sepinggan Balikpapan (BPN), and Juanda Surabaya (SUB). This airport facility is available for First Class and Business Class passengers and GarudaMiles Platinum members. Currently, First Class Lounge is only available in Soekarno-Hatta Airpot Jakarta (CGK).
